Horrible parking garage. There are only two entrances/exits and the exits are always blocked with people who cannot use the system. Whether it’s credit card issues or other problems, It’s just terrible. It backs up the parking garage for several floors. The building should invest in a person to work the parking garage to help people who are continuously getting stuck

I pay monthly parking here, there’s supposed to be a scanner that checks your license plate to let you through. That scanner works 15% of the time. Not a big deal but it’s annoying when you have to leave home and there’s a line of 30 cars in front of you, all having the same issue. That’s not the reason I’m writing this. The reason I’m writing this review is because the assistance button connected me to a sarcastic and rude man with a feminine voice at 9/11/24. 4:30pm The guy found all my information, verified that I do in fact pay for monthly parking, and still wanted to charge me $20 for a lost ticket fee. He intentionally took his time with helping me out of pettiness. I disconnected with him and connected with another agent that was able to help me out immediately. I wish I asked for h
