30 Light Street Parking (Propark)

Very frustrating experience with it. They charge your account quickly and sometimes incorrectly, but getting your money back takes months of emails and arguing. The management is extremely disorganized and the billing process is a mess. The garage scanners also frequently fail to open the gate, which makes entering the garage very inconvenient.

Attended an O’s game and prepaid to park here through ParkMobile. The barcode did not scan for me or anyone else in the very long line to leave, which held us up for over an hour. Every single car had to call customer service & hope the representative was kind enough to honor our ticket or we had to pay again to leave, so many of us ended up paying twice to park here. The security guard was absolutely no help and sat by watching while all of us were being scammed.

This garage from hell needs to be removed from the MLB suggested ParkMobile as it is a scam. They make you pay $20 then when you go to leave trap you there for over an hour and a half if you’re lucky and the line goes “fast”.This is dues to the fact that the ParkMobile Barcodes do not actually scan in their system so everyone must wait in line and one by one call customer support on at the pay station or pay another $15 to keep the line moving. This place should be outlawed, as an O’s fan I personally will not be back for a long time due to this fiasco

On October 15,2025 parked at the garage at 30 light st Baltimore MD. The garage have a sign posted that says daily parking $29 then when you go to pay it’s a different price. They tried to charge us $75 for parking which is crazy and the pricing is dishonesty don’t park here

qr code didn’t scan, there was nobody around, and the exit was on the 10th floor. i parked on the 2nd so i guess thats my bad for not realizing the exit was on the roof. more annoyed about the qr code not scanning
