Customer Reviews
We got a ticket when we arrived, said it would be 22.00 but when we got there and went to pay it was 36.00. The attendant was very rude and not willing to give an understanding about why it was so much. I gave a 1 for the convenience of location to the Aquarium. Ppl were backing out of the lot because of the rudeness of the attendant. Other drivers just came in because they didn't want to cause an accident trying to back out into traffic
If I could give this negative stars, I would. We prepaid for parking and had an issue with our QR code upon arrival which would not scan. Before we tried to exit the parking lot we spoke to the parking agent and informed him of our situation. He made it clear that it did not matter that we paid ahead of time (9$). Because we had an issue coming in and needed another ticket we'd be charged for the full day of parking (32$). His only resolution was to "give him 20$" and he'd let us go which seemed inappropriate. We decided we'd try to use our original prepaid ticket to exit and he began to verbally assult us and use vulgar language. He approached one person in our group and began threatening to start a fight. Another customer got involved to try and remedy the situation. The whole situation
Be careful of their fake sign claiming $28 for 24 hours which requires you to book there after downloading a different app and making a reservation. If you just park without reading the fine print it will cost you $37. Scam business.
Prices weren't bad but when we left my ticket wouldn't register in the machine so I could pay. We were stuck in the garage for 30 minutes trying to get someone on their assistance phone with them to only telling us to hit the lost ticket button and pay an additional $28 on top of the parking fee. Finally a security guard came, said she called and they had someone on the way from another parking garage. When that girl got there she didn't know what to do so she tried to take my ticket and run off with it assuming that she was going to take it so I had to pay the lost ticket fee. We made her give back the ticket, she talked on the phone with someone and was finally able to manually charge me the correct amount and open the gate at we could leave. Pretty fricken ridiculous!
The garage here has fairly reasonably sized parking spaces and the pricing isn't that bad either all things considered. It's conveniently located and has elevators that bring you up to ground level. Just remember to take your ticket with you and pay at a terminal before you get back to your car.
