301 River Lot (Southern Valet)

I was with a friend downtown and never saw a sign nor realized we were in a parking area that we had to pay. We got a ticket for 79.00 and have no idea where we were supposed to pay to park or that we had to pay. @Spring and McBee

Be careful at this lot……..Paid for parking and the ticket did not eject. No response from text or voice mail that was left to the vendor. Disputed the transaction with my bank and received my refund.

I thought gentrification would ruin this lot. It was once perfectly sketchy and behind an abandoned building. Walking to your car at night would invoke an appropriate amount of terror. But I can happily report it still maintains its old charm. The under-a-bridge-next-to-a-river-bed ambiance has endured. Quintessential Greenville experience.

After reading the reviews. I just couldn’t help myself. I drove all the way from Austin, Texas to park here. A vacation experience I will never forget!

After reading the reviews i deffinitly plan on spending some time here. I will park in this lot like ive never parked before.
