31-W Insulation

I am writing this review nearly 5 months after work was done which was generally sufficient. What they are getting reviewed on from me is the lack of including the rebate in my quote which the representative said would be filed by me, I told him it didn't read that way on the electric companies website which I sent to him, yet he still insisted I was wrong. He said 6-8 I will get the $200.00. That came and went, nothing. I decided to call the company handling the rebate. They have been in contact with 31 W yet nothing has happened. Im still dealing with getting them to give me the rebate nearly 4 months later. DO NOT EVER USE 31 W INSULATION I. JACKSONVILLE FLORIDA!!!!

Do Not buy a garage door from here .. they lie about custom paint and have zero clue how to install a garage door Called out five times and Still DIDNT GET IT RIGHT!! HUGE RIP OFF WITH PRICE AND INSTILLATION “CUSTOM PAINT JOB” Already peeling and had to have a REAL GARAGE DOOR REPAIR MAN COME FIX THEY’RE MANY MISTAKES !!! Run Don’t walk don’t buy their Garbage!!!

Easy to work with. The technician that installed the spray foam, Josh, was detail oriented, careful, covered everything in the apartment with plastic and was easy to communicate with. I would recommend them particularly if you can get Josh on site.

I had a great experience with 31-W Installation! I was referred to them by the contractors working on my house. I had NO installation in my house! They were prompt, professional and personable. The cost was reasonable. I would recommend them to friends and family! Great job guys!

Higher up management leaves and bribes customers to leave reviews on this page to boost company moral. Just to under pay their employees. Half of them don't properly install. Company will send out material with paper to slow down employees on work production. Employees will short cut the work by stuff paper insulation inside walls to cut down time. Which is a extreme fire hazards especially with electric wires.
