312 Flooring LLC

I've worked with 312 Flooring twice now and I've had a great experience both times. I initially worked with Peter Melidones, the owner for my first project six years ago. He is VERY knowledgable about the business and talks you through the process from selection to how labor and materials are calculated and project duration to completion. This time, I worked with both Peter and Giancarlo, his co- manager, also extremely personable and easy to work with. He went the extra mile and was patient in showing me carpet samples twice (2 visits) because I was having trouble deciding. Both were also quick to respond to questions, etc via email and text. 312 Flooring did the carpeting for two rooms and a couple closets in my condo. My installation team was Oscar, Robert & Camero and they. were. FAS

Peter and his team were excellent, communicative, on time, and on budget from beginning to end. Peter takes lots of time and care time to explain the project in every detail so each option and decision are clear and comprehensive. Jesse was a delight to work with, Oscar led the install crew well, and Miguel did an expert job with the install. We're very happy with the result and glad we chose 312 Flooring.

We had a wonderful experience with 312 Flooring from start to finish. Our initial consultation with Jesse was excellent. We live in an older home and had a lot of questions about our options, and Jesse was incredibly knowledgeable. He shared his expertise in a clear, easy-to-understand way, which helped us feel confident in our decisions. We ultimately decided to remove the old carpet and refinish the original oak floors. During the project, Peter’s communication was outstanding. We were actually out of town, and Peter went above and beyond by sending videos and doing FaceTime calls to keep us fully informed. As expected with old floors, we ran into a few issues, and he walked us through everything. He also helped us choose the right stain for our situation, which made a huge difference.

We highly recommend Peter and the team at 312 Flooring. This is the second project we worked with them on to recarpet several rooms. Everything was on time and on quality and we’re thrilled with the final result.

We just had new carpets install upstairs including two flight of stairs and landing. The team was great to work with from Jesse the sales person to the two installers Oscar and Alberto. Oscar and Alberto actually finished the work ahead of schedule and they were very respectful and always informed us when they were moving things which made us feel very comfortable with them. We didn't have to move any of the heavy stuff, they moved the bed, dressers. They were truly incredible - ask for them. Peter, the owner also took the time to stop by when the job was completely which showed how much the company truly cared. Incredible people to work with , great team
