I began the process to replace my aging and leaking roof by obtaining several quotes. After a thorough roof inspection and several pricing-level proposals from sales rep Burke Abercrombie, I signed a re-roofing contract with 314 Roofing. On installation day, the materials and crew arrived before sunrise and completed the removal of the old roof, performed some attic rafter repairs, installed the new roof, and cleaned up everything by sunset. On-site project manager Jose Almanzar closely supervised the work from beginning to end. Service was excellent from when I called to get an estimate until the end of the project. Tad was very helpful and informative. I did not feel pressured in any way. The work was scheduled really quickly. The time the crew took to replace our entire roof took half a day. Burke was a pleasure to work with—very responsive, helpful, and even pointed out an issue unrelated to my roof repair/maintenance, which I appreciated. Unfortunately, there were multiple scheduling and communication issues. I was scheduled for a specific day, but the repair team arrived well before the scheduled date with no prior notice, and this happened twice. The scope of work included sealing all vent boots, replacing a few damaged shingles, and resealing all gutter corners.
