Besides the fact that the car park was crowded, one of the elevators was out of order, causing us to wait a long time to get back to our vehicle. Also, the exit gates machines were out of order, so you were forced to have to go back downstairs to pay and then go to your vehicle and drive back downstairs to exit. A lot of time was wasted but for which you had to pay. When trying to explain this to an attendant on Level 1, he was rather rude and almost abusive. I would never park there again since I feel I was robbed.

Price info is misleading! It says $20 max for 24hrs, I was charged $30 for 9 hours (and $87 for 2 nights).

The rates listed online are inaccurate and I was charged $15.94 for just under 4 hours of parking, which is usury. They have upgraded the garage over the years but price has skyrocketed and the elevator does not have AC.

The garage is filled by vehicles owned by construction workers. Too many cars are allowed in. Numerous vehicles are parked illegally and blocking your ability to enter/exit each level.
