My experience with Steve and 32 Below Inc began back in 2020, when he made a service call to my home. , I knew my 2004 unit was nearing the end of its life, but Steve worked an absolute miracle and kept it running for another five years. I never forgot that level of care and expertise!! Fast forward to last week: I came home to a horrible noise in the attic and walls practically shaking. When Steve came out to tune up the system and diagnose it, I knew, it was finally time to let her go. Being in a much better position today, I asked Steve to go ahead and prepare a quote to demo the entire system and replace everything-including all new air ducts. Stephanie called shortly after to schedule a convenient date and time, and today, the crew arrived a few minutes early, introduced themselves,

Mr. Steven did a great job!! He’s very Honest and fair. He gave us great advice, recommendations and saved us a lot of money. I would absolutely be using his service again.

We really appreciate the annual maintenance plan, such a great value and Steve is a very honest man! They came out today to inspect our heating system to be sure everything is working efficiently before it’s time to start using the heater. They will return again in the spring to do the same for the AC. Highly recommend. I even recommend them to my Real Estate clients!

The owner Steve is extremely knowledgeable and was able to fix my condenser quickly and at low cost. Another contractor falsely told me my A/C compressor and contactor was bad. Turns out my "second opinion" call to 32 Below saved me thousands! These guys are the real deal 👍 When it comes time to actually replace my system, Steve will be my first call.
