Came to use EV charger, it didn't work. I was in the garage for less than 5 minutes and they still charged me 8 dollars. No response from the help button and when I called customer service they said I'd have to email management for a refund... insane

It is what it is but make sure to lock your car. I slipped once and it got picked for a few dollars change and a stocking cap. I guess it is getting colder out. There was someone about to shoot up one night on the stairs to the second floor. Great place to lay out your needles. Had to jump over his little setup to get upstairs to my car. Wonderful surveillance here. Be careful. About to move my monthly to the city garage I think.

They charged us $22 for less than a 2 hour stay. We tried to get help from the security guy and he told us thats our problem and we need to figure it out. We called the number he gave us for the customer service and they wouldn't refund us and when we tried to explain what happened she hung up on us. Suuuuper unprofessional. Wont be using this garage again

We just tried to park there. No reciept when you enter. No help from the help button. Have to hit lost receipt to get out. $22.00 for the privilege.. we were there 10 mins. A local resident let us out with his key card. Avoid avoid avoid. This place is awful.
