Parking garage is used by hotel Colee valet and they damaged my trucks rooftop shark fin antenna and the garage has not made the video available to my insurance or the police yet that I’m aware of. I know the damage happened at some point in this garage and they have cameras that I know would show it.
Aaron brought a big smile to work today, as I suppose he does everyday, and made my entrance and exit into the parking deck easy. I couldn't reach the ticket and he was right there to help. Thanks for the smile.
Worst parking experience ever. People were doing drugs on the bottom level of the garage and the prices are deceiving. I was charged $43 when there were 8 signs stating 511 mins-Max -$25. After speaking to a very short and rude agent over the phone I requested to speak with a manager and was denied that opportunity.
Horrible experience with LAZ parking and did nothing to help resolve. Would consider changing dermatologists for this reason alone.
Good self parking for the Waldorf Astoria. $15/day
