Had major trouble pre-paying when leaving. Very frustrating. The machine apparently wouldn't take my barcode after many attempts.

I parked at this garage tonight and had an experience I definitely wasn’t expecting: I was unable to get a ticket when entering and was afraid this might cost me after I finished dinner nearby. Thankfully an angel in the form of Melinda saved me! Melinda, from the ABM parking service, was there to address my situation and was only hindered when her boss arrived and was rude to me, my girlfriend, and his own employee! Melinda maintained her composure and made sure we weren’t overcharged for our time in the garage. The night was saved by this woman, and I couldn’t be more grateful! 12/10 experience but only 4 stars on this review because her boss was disrespectful. I will absolutely park here again if Melinda is on duty!

Accidentally dropped my ticket when trying to enter and it flew under my car. Pressed the button for assistance as there was no way to get out of my car since I was too close to the machine. The person on the other end said I was out of luck and had to find it

Thanks ABM for Melinda and for all her help tonight!! She is the best! Great parking but an even greater attendant who swiftly addressed our problems when the tickets weren’t printing and was very professional when her boss was rude to her and us.
