Horrible service. Usually when I park here and something is wrong with the machine someone helps and greets me politely. Today I dealt with an old white man who was just flat out rude. Cursing at me and everything. Wasn’t even trying to help me, was just blaming me for the machine not working when I clearly put my ticket in to leave and pay for the couple hours I was there. Claiming I “jammed” the machine. He was incredibly rude and his attitude was disrespectful..

They say this is public parking, but you are actually locked out at 10 o’clock or in our case seven. They taped a little sign over the top of 10, which isn’t noticeable at all. The call center brings you to no one and you can’t get in unless someone just happens to be passing by. Worst parking lot in New Haven don’t bother this deserves way more one star reviews.

Do not park here! You cannot get back in to get your car unless someone else happens to be coming through to park and opens the gate. The help button on the kiosk takes your call to a call center in India and they cannot help. Horrible experience.

Could not get into parking garage after I parked there even though it said it was open. No one would answer the phone number, actually would deny my call. Have to go back to get my car at another time because it was closed. Do not park here. Use another garage or lot this place is terrible. Extremely dangerous to park here especially if you are alone, will not let you back in after parking and will not answer phone calls. I was lucky I had a friend to drive me home or else I would have had to call police despite sign saying “open”.
