If I could rate this business -5 stars, this is it. absolutely the worst place to park. Don't bother parking here, unless you went to get ripped off. You will be stuck without help. The woman that was supposed to help me, put me on hold and never came back. This happened three times. Our tickets were validated by a business and the machine did not accept that therefore the woman decided it was her time to have a field day. She was a witch to talk to. I cannot believe a business like this exists and employees like this witch work at such businesses. Instead stay home and allow a kind individual to work at these parking garages. Someone that actually wants to help someone. My card did not work and this woman had the nerve to tell me to put the card in correctly. It wasn't the card, it's your

The short: The visitors exit gate was broken for more than 24-hours but management didn’t put up any signs…I was stuck driving around the garage for 45 minutes but folks from the night before said they had been there for more than an hour. The long: I parked a little before 6:30AM and returned to the garage 40 minutes later. I tried to exit at the visitors exit but it was blocked by cones. I then tried to exit at the monthly exit but was unable to exit. I then went back to the first level where several other people were trying to exit and was told by a manager to exit again at the monthly level that there had been an issue the night before ever that there should be a note. I went to a restaurant nearby, and this parking stile was up, implying open parking. After entering, the turn stile went down, and me without a ticket had to pay the $25 lost ticket fee. The one-star review is mostly from their unwillingness to even help (the receptionist George was very helpful in trying to get in touch with 3445 Peachtree's security), however. Classic racket.
