A steal! $12 during the weekend for 24h and charging included? I thought I broke the code. Exit gate didn’t work but I got someone in the intercom within one second. Well lit and safe.

Absolutely awful experience!!!! The middle-aged woman in the reception office on the lower level was shockingly rude. There was zero respect, no attempt to listen, just pure attitude and judgment. It’s frustrating and honestly upsetting to be spoken to that way when you’re just trying to resolve the issue. I left feeling disrespected and uncomfortable. I strongly suggest others avoid this place if you need basic respect.

Prices are ridiculous, and they dont offer actual validation. You have to have your car inside till 4pm for validation to work. So you can't just park and get validated from the dentist or restaurants like how it's normally done

Once I checked in and realized the dentist didn’t offer parking validation, I asked to go move to street parking - $20. Apparently, theres a 15 minute window where you can decide to leave without paying l. I was at the machine at 16 minutes and the cashier said “that’s a problem.” The prices here are ridiculous.

Typical parking garage in the area with tight turns and spaces. The problem is that the workers here do not care about any issues. I had a validated parking ticket from a nearby business, but the parking garage's machine did not give me the discounted price. The business had just closed so I couldn't try to resolve the problem with them. There was no Pilgrim Parking garage worker at the gate, but I found someone in the break room. I explained my issue politely and he couldn't care less, simply saying it wasn't his problem. Since a car can't leave without paying, I was forced to pay full price for parking. The parking garage should have been able to do something about it though since they control their gates and know which businesses can validate their parking tickets. The business I went
