Avoid this and all other LAZ parking areas in downtown Atlanta. The reviews more than speak for themselves. We paid for two hours while going to a convention nearby. When the two hours elapsed, we paid for an additional two hours. Evidently, their system didn't update until 4 minutes past the expiration. When we arrived at our vehicle, we found that it had been booted. They told us they would need 75$ to remove the boot. When we argued that if this was the case we should be refunded the additional two hours we had paid for, we were promptly told "Too bad, you didn't have to pay for that since you were booted, but we don't offer refunds". So not only did they boot us over 4 minutes due to their own system issues, but they were more than happy to steal the money that we did pay in order to A

Wish I had read the reviews before parking. Machine didn’t print a ticket, so i left a note in my dash. No attendant was there that I saw at 7:45am on a Saturday morning. Got back 8 mins after my time expired and the attendant was booting any car that went a minute over. Definitely a predatory lot looking to make money on overages.

These people make money by booting cars. They make the stall numbers so confused in purpose so that you might put in the wrong number. And even when the parking is empty, you make full payments but park in wrong number, your car still get booted. So sick of those scam parking 😠

They will boot your vehicle and claim you left the lot. Thier word vs yours. $75 boot fee. Park any where else, it's cheaper in the long run...
