During one of the most stressful times I've experienced as a property manager, I felt like I couldn't have picked a better company to go with. Lonnie took the time to explain the work flow and reasoning to me, didn't just do things without approval, had consistent communication, provided my company with all documents in a very timely manner. Every day I felt my building was in the best hands possible. Rest of the crew Carlos, Will, Blad, Tom, Rob, Joe, Amelia were a fantastic team. They were respectful towards all my tenants while passing them in hallways, kept things as neat as possible during remediation, willing to answer questions. I had a wonderful experience overall and would recommend them to anyone who experiences a loss due to fire and flood.

I can’t diesel to this company’s service but I can speak to how ignorant their employees are who tail gated me on I 96 west bound this morning. Solid too that as this genius driver of yours exits the road, he waves to me after tailgating me. Made for great dash cam for everyone to see. Quality employees you have. Real quality.

Today is the 2nd time that I have used the services of 360 Fire and Flood, and just like the 1st time, they were amazing! They are available at a moments notice, they arrive on time or early and even call when they are 20 minutes out. They are skilled, knowledgeable, efficient, professional, kind and compassionate. As a multi-family property manager, there are situations that sometimes require the assistance of restoration specialists; such as fire, flood, or bio-hazard resolution and 360 Fire and Flood will always be my #1choice and #1recommendation.

Had a fire.... hired 360 fire and flood. To rebuild our house. That was our worst decision ever. 3 yrs later were still finding stuff wrong. I think they just hire people off the street. Very disappointed!!! Do not hire these people!!

Our crew from Pro labor restoration staffing just finish a work project at South Carolina with the Pro Manager Juan Matos, who is a nice , hardworker , helpful , respectful and professional person . We have shared a short time working with him which was very valuable , cooperative , learning and a positive experience.
