Stephen was quick to reach out to me this morning after I contacted my landlord & provide a ETA of the tech’s arrival time. They came out accessed the issue quickly, got the parts & installed everything. He kept me updated as to what was taking place & needed to be done. Even after I went to the house to turn everything on & nothing happened. Stephen made sure the guy came back, tested & checked to make sure everything was up & running in a matter of moments. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who needs service. Thanks to u Stephen & ur crew I am able to move into the new place as scheduled on Friday🙂

Today was my first appointment with these guys and Stephen just left about an hour or so ago after doing a routine cleaning, my first since I got the unit two years ago. He also helped repair and cleaned a bit of a boo-boo which likely was caused by the installers. I am incredibly impressed by his professionalism and politeness. I had a very negative run in with one of his competitors just last week. And two years ago, I had a negative run-in with the same competitor, plus several people just no showed. While we did have to reschedule our original appointment, he had a really, really good reason and he warned me ahead of time as soon as he knew so that was awesome. When he got here, Stephen was so nice and really explained what he was about to do and did everything wonderfully. Plus

My appointment was scheduled for 0900 on 30 December. It’s now 0930. I’ve called twice, left a message; sent a text and an email. My time is just as important as this company. I’m now going through the hassle of finding someone else to do the job.

I've been using 360 Energy for all of the work on my home and it's always been an absolute joy. Stephen is very communicative, explains what needs to be done clearly, charges a fair rate for only the work that really needs to be done - no price gouging or unnecessary work. Would highly recommend and already have to all of my friends in the area.

My allergies started to get better right away, and my house feels fresher. The crew was courteous to my house, professional, and on time.
