Burst pipes flooded 2 rooms. Devin came within hours of my call. Dried out everything, paying close attention to any possible mold areas. Very conscientious and professional. Then the rebuild began. His crew was courteous, competent, and skilled. Communication was always excellent. House was restored better than new. Stress free experience. Highly recommend.

Working with Devin at 360 Property Restoration was absolutely one of the easiest experiences with a contractor that I've ever experienced. He came in, did the surveyed the mold, laid out a concise plan, time line and gave me options to consider. They arrived exactly as outlined, went above and beyond to insure that the project was done to my level of satisfaction and left our home cleaner than when they started. If there were more than a 5 Star review, I would leave it. Communication was prompt and he was always willing to take my calls...even after business hours...that's not typical of other contractors in his area of expertise. We are a client for life.

Devin and his crew came out to do a fire restoration job. It was last minute and I needed help while I was out of town. They took care of it in a timely manner. I would recommend using their services because they are great and will work around your schedule. Their prices are reasonable as well. They are honest and dependable.

Devin’s service goes far beyond expectations. He came for an estimate and gave me multiple options for what might be possible given various different price ranges and time constraints. He was personable, patient, amazing at listening, and very thoughtful and earnest. He even left me with some products that I can use to keep the problem at bay until it can be fixed more permanently! Devin’s honest and respectful and clearly has as much knowledge as he does integrity, which is saying a lot. I don’t think it’s possible to find better service for property restoration in the Binghamton area.
