TOTALLY A SCAM! Do not come in. Sign says $4/hr, but the guy who only spoke mandarin wanted to charge us $10; and we said we were just here for less than an hour, then he adjusted it to $7; quoting it’s $5 + $2 tip (auto tip charge without service) without even driving the car out for us. We showed him the $4/hr sign after he said show it to him and he said that sign in yellow outside is no longer valid. Just go to other spots, there are a lot of other cheaper options in Flushing. Rude with zero service, avoid at all cost!

This place is a scam. I parked for a bit over 2 hours. He charged me $22, when i asked why. He said my car (tesla Y) needs to pay additional $5 for oversize fee. And he didnt want to take my credit card, asked me for cash. After i paid and l left, i realized even w. additional $5 w. tax should not added up to $22.

Regular parking lot. I didn’t have a bad experience compared to other reviewers but keep in mind: - cash only - $5 / hour - you’ll be asked to leave the key, the guy parks your car and then will retrieve it for you - because of the above point you need to tip the guy - ask what time they close (which is something to do anyway when parking at a garage) - no pedestrian exit, watch out when walking on the ramp

Worst place ever to park your car. Attendant did a flat tire and was very rude. Wouldn’t share the owner number nor show the camera footage. Ended up getting roadside assistance and friends took a cab to airport. Don’t trust these people with your cars. I am going to file a complaint with police as the attendant asked me to using Mandarin to English translation app on his phone.

AVOID THIS PARKING GARAGE AT ALL COST! Parking attendant behaves like a gangster, demanded for tip in a very loud voice, in front of my children and wife. I parked for 3 hours and 20 minutes but was charged a full 4 hour rate, he shouted and made threatening gesture after I denied his request for a tip. I would have ranked this place a negative 5 star if I was given the option. Stay away from this parking garage if you cherish your safety.
