3CDC Public Parking

EV DRIVERS, DON'T CHARGE HERE. To be clear, the garage and their staff are fine, if you need to just park, they're good. But if you need to charge, they have EV Connect chargers, which are garbage. This bad rating is 100% directed at EV Connect (they know they are trash, so there are few places online to give them poor ratings, so doing it here). My wife, our 1 year old and I got stuck here on a trip to Cincinnati for +3 hrs after we were done charging (in single digit temps), because the EV Connect charger handle wouldn't disconnect. As a result, we missed an important appointment for my son. Nothing EV Connect suggested worked because the button to unlock the handle was physically broken. EV Connect's customer service is a joke - it's an outsourced call center that can only read from a

Paid to park for eight hours. Accidentally stayed in the lot for 21 minutes extra. Received a bill in the mail for $75 of expired time this company practices extortion and does not care about people.

Would rather set up 24 hr surveillance cameras to charge people after the fact that are at or over 15 minutes late from leaving their parking premises than create a simple app people could use or access to update their parking meter if they’re running behind….Do better 3CDC for Cincinnati. This only makes people want to avoid the City more not bring them in to see our great city lol.

Parked at this garage for a Bengals game. Paid the posted $20 for event parking at the kiosk on the 1st floor after the game. By the time we made it to the exit gate the attendant scanned our ticket and informed us that we'd have to pay another $20. Called 3CDC and was advised that since 15 minutes (15 minutes sitting in traffic in THEIR garage) had elapsed since payment had been made, we'd have to pay another $20 to exit. Will be avoiding all 3CDC garages for downtown parking in the future.

Great place to park, very new and safe. We had no worries parking there. Keep in mind that most of the parking garages in downtown Cincinnati are the places you do not want to go in, especially after dark
