3CDC Public Parking Garage - Elm Street Entrance

OVERCHARGED me and was hoping I would not notice. I called them out on it and they promised me they would credit me. (been a month since the overcharge) They never did, I had to make a claim through my credit card company. Waste of time and energy. SCAMMERS.

Zero stars. Paid $50 for parking via Vivid Seats for the FC Cincinnati game, only to find the lot completely oversold and entrances blocked with cars. It was absolute chaos—people trying to leave after work were trapped, and those of us who paid couldn't even get in. After waiting forever, we were told a manager was coming, but that never happened. Ended up having to park a mile away and missed the entire first half of the game. Total scam. If you're considering parking here, don't. Not worth the frustration or the money.

Most of the EV chargers aren’t operational and they allow non-EVs to park in the charging spaces.

If you are a resident of 4th and Race, 3CDC will tell you that they offer visitor parking in this garage, but they don't, it's all a lie....

Paid $15 for ~24hr event parking (Taste of Cincinnati) downtown, there's probably a cheaper place. It's a parking garage, so there's shade but blind corners (although, there are corner mirrors that kind of work?)
