3D Carpet Cleaning and Restoration

Owner came to clean my floors and re stretch my carpets. Over stretched and seams where tile and carpet meet were left horrible. Very shoddy job. And then got upset when I asked him to try and fix it. All my baseboards I have to repaint edges and caulk from the machine rubbing against them. The entire time was complaining about moving furniture etc. I literally had everything but a couple items I helped him move. The area where he started cleaning floors looks amazing from the middle down to end he just put no effort into it. Maybe his employees put their effort into their work but definitely not the owner. That’s a shame. I have to now bring someone to fix my carpet. :(

After the cleaning, the rug's colors transformed beautifully from a dull brown to vibrant light blue and gray—its true colors shining through! He also expertly removed stains left by foot traffic. AMAZING… from start to finish. I spoke with Amy first and she is the reason why I called back to see about scheduling service. Then I spoke with Robert. He was polite, Thorough, and gave me a quote that was doable for my budget and level of cleaning that I needed. Johnny showed up earlier than promised and was polite and professional and efficient. I am so grateful for their service and will definitely be using and recommending them to anyone who can use their services!!!

They cleaned my area rug from what happens when you have an aging dog. They took extra time to make it smell good again and didn’t charge more. I voluntarily paid more for the exceptional service. They are my go to from now on and they offer other home services; dryer vent A/C duct cleaning is next on my list.

Rob was great! He communicated clearly, worked within a specific time range, as our home was on the market. He pulled out the oven and cleaned behind that too! Quick efficient and the best price I could find! I would highly recommend!
