They gave me a fantastic price so I was worried it was going to be a rush job. They came out and did an absolute amazing job on the roof and took great care to ensure that my grass and bushes were not harmed in the process. They applied a neutralizer to the downspouts to keep the bleach from killing the grass, and they continually hosed off all the vegetation around my house as they clean the roof. It comes with a great warranty and they will clean your roof a second time within the warranty. If you want for half the price. I will definitely use them again.

Ray and Team were able to come earlier than planned due to a cancellation and walked through the property and tasks to be done. Plants around the house were covered and now our roof, driveway, walk-way, and curb look great. I will say that the roof and the solar panels are clean. I thought I did my due diligence in hiring a company that has good reviews. Maybe I'm the only one who has dead grass or damaged plants or trees. The one star is for the damage that was left. There's a lot of dead grass at the back corner of my house. Even large dead circle, that looks like maybe something was placed there during the job. The grass will grow back. The damage to my palm tree, however, will take at least a year and a half to grow out. I had just trimmed any fronds with yellow. The damage on the fronds is high and could have been avoided. It's very frustrating to me, since the only reason I had the roof cleaned is because I care about how the property looks, and now all I see when I drive up to my house is the palm d

Pete and his crew did a amazing job cleaning my tiled roof. Looks like brand new now as the day it was first installed. Definitely recommend overall, they protected my plants and cleaned up thoroughly afterwards.
