Steve from 3N1 delivered outstanding customer service and provided a thorough, trustworthy second opinion on my HVAC system. The day before, another company had come out and immediately pushed several upsells that had nothing to do with the issue I asked them to diagnose. In contrast, Steve took his time, inspected everything carefully, and gave me an honest, transparent explanation of what he saw. He pointed out a few potential future concerns to keep an eye on, but none of the issues the other company claimed existed. What really impressed me was the end of the visit. When I asked how much I owed him, he told me that second opinions are free. I was genuinely surprised—he had spent nearly an hour at my home. I think 3N1 HVAC is such a great customer service-oriented company. They respond quickly, send reminders of the service visit and when the tech is on the way. Adam was on time and very efficient. He's friendly, knowledgeable, efficient - a really nice guy who knows his job. I appreciate him and the company very much. Good communication and customer service is getting harder to find these days... but these guys are tops at it!

Micah and his team did an amazing job. I got several quotes and they had the best price for a new system. They were able to come out and put the new system in quickly. The team of guys cleaned up everything and I now have heat in my home. Thank you so much!

I had 3N1 install a unit on my house (06/27/2025) and come out with the nasty weather (01/26/2026) to fix an issue it was having. Both times they had phenomenal service and their customer support was outstanding. Cannot recommend them enough if you're in the Monroe, NC area

Danny did, as usual, a very professional job. They are as a company very responsive and communicative. All the employees are very hardworking professionals that are courteous and very knowledgeable. Always feel comfortable irking with them.
