3R Plumbing and Mechanical

My family and I are new to Norwell, and we recently contracted 3R Plumbing and Mechanical to repair our tankless water heater and install a Flo by Moen system along with a Halo Five filtration system. The entire team was incredibly professional, clean, and efficient, completing everything in a timely manner. I can’t say enough about how exceptional their service was—everyone was friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to educate me on every aspect of the improvements. We couldn’t be happier with the experience and highly recommend them.

Ross spent a lot of time with us explaining what needed to be done to replace our furnaces and the A/C systems, and he and his team (Nick, Yaz, Marc, Brian and Mitch) began the work just two days later. They worked efficiently, thoroughly and carefully; they answered any questions we had; and they left the area as clean as they found it. We are very happy with the personal and professional service and we highly recommend them.

From the first phone call to paying the bill the service was outstanding. The customer service representative was genuinely caring and professional. The tech was skilled and knowledgeable but even more importantly he was respectful. This was an emergency call and I couldn’t be more satisfied with the responsiveness and fairness of this company. 3R has earned a spot in my contacts.

3R Plumbing and Mechanical LLC and Kaio was great to work with. I scheduled an estimate for a repair on my kitchen sink faucet that was leaking from the base of the spout just two days ago. The arrival window was 9–10 AM, and Kaio arrived right on time—before 10. Kaio was very knowledgeable and professional. Ironically, the issue I was having didn’t act up when he arrived 🤦‍♂️, but he still took the time to explain what was likely going on and provided solid advice along with next steps in case it happens again. Highly recommend this company for their reliability, expertise, and honesty.
