We recently hired 3rd Gen to build our 3-season porch, and we couldn't be happier with the result. From start to finish, the crew was fantastic. They were hard working and showed up ready to grind, but more importantly, their attention to detail and precision was impressive—you can tell they take real pride in their craftsmanship. The best part of the experience? Watching them work. My kids were glued to the window watching the construction, and the crew was so good-natured about it. They would wave, make silly faces, and really engaged with them, which turned a home renovation project into a fun memory for our family. Alex is an experienced, thoughtful and talented contractor. He and his crew at 3rd Gen are honest and upfront about materials and pricing. He helped us design a space (a 3 season porch) that fit what we wanted and kept us within budget. These folks do it right. We’re very happy with the results and I would recommend 3rd Gen to anyone looking for quality workmanship at a reasonable price.

We could not be happier with our experience with 3rd Gen Painting and Remodeling and the GREAT job they did with our deck and front stoop projects! Update We needed a small board added to our new porch to hold a bird feeder. We contacted Autumn Lyons who came by and installed it in less than 10 minutes! Thanks Autumn for the A 1 service with a smile! Thanks to 3rd Generation for a great job! They took down our old cruddy deck and screened in porch. Then they rebuilt it . We love our new deck space, the wired railing, the built in water drainage and the no maintenance flooring. The screened in porch is very spacious and comfortable. We are happy with the results. Autumn Lyons was a wonderful project manager. She kept communication lines open. Ryan, the lead carpenter was very skillful and good with working with his crew. We particularly liked getting to know him and Chase. They were neat and orderly, worked well together and

We had our existing deck replaced and screened porch refurbished with new cedar holdings, kick wall sills and Eze screen panel system as well as a new screen door. We are very satisfied and happy with the resulting improvements. The entire 3rd Gen team, including Autumn and Angel’s crew, were extremely diligent, hard working and attentive to our needs as well as good at problem solving.
