3rd Gen Painting and Remodeling

We had a great experience with 3rd Gen Painting and Remodeling! They stabilized our sunroom and built a beautiful new deck. Brian and his team were wonderful to work with. The two young men who painted my LR, DR, BR, kitchen and hallway were very professional, efficient and detailed. I used a bold color on a wall with a cathedral ceiling and the straight line to the ceiling white was straight and steady. I’m guessing that why they didn’t want the caffeine I offered! Clean-up was done at the end of the work day and they returned the next day at the specified time. I love my “new” home and would recommend 3rd Generation.

Eric and Autumn were great to work with getting my deck project set up; they had suggestions how to make it better and worked with me to provide the right customization. Carlos and team showed great care and skill building it. They worked long hours, kept the job site clean and me informed of necessary details. Matt, the owner, super nice guy is proud of his staff. Matt from 3rd gen completed our master bathroom gut remodel. Couldn't be happier with the quality of the work and professionalism along the way. Matt is extremely responsive, transparent, and remained flexible as this project occurred directly over the pandemic. I presented complex design elements like rehabilitation of historic beams, a single level tile floor, complex electrical needs, etc. and always felt my voice was heard throughout the process. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again for a full remodel, or just a quick paint job. After years of unpleasant contractor experiences, this was a refreshing change of pace.
