3RD Generation Heating and Cooling

Can't recommend Bob and 3rd Generation enough. We heard about them through positive word of mouth from multiple neighbors. Bob helped us get through an Oil to Gas conversion and we are very happy with the results. Bob was available for any questions and provided great advice on what equipment to purchase and install. Its great to know we have our go-to Heating and Cooling guy now.

Awesome! Friendly reliable and most importantly HONEST. I was lucky when I won a free AC tune up, so I decided to have furnace checked out as well. Arrived on time, worked quickly and neatly. when Bob was done he went over everything he did, and my units ( as a new home owner I knew NOTHING), while we were talking I mentioned another issue we were having and Bob says "I'll take a look", gave an estimate, and we scheduled to have the work completed a few days later. Happy to be a customer, and they will be our go to company Thanks!!!!

I purchased and had Bob install an entire new heating and A/C system in 2010 on the promise it would reduce my monthly costs by 50%+. It was true. Since then, Bobs company is always on time whenever I have had a need, which has only been twice and "only" for routine review.The system has been flawless. Its been nothing but smooth sailing without any problems and even 10 years later I still "Love" the system he sold me. Thanks Bob.

My go-to Heating & Cooling people. Reliable and friendly. Small family run business, which is nice because each time there's a problem, Bob and his crew are familiar with my AC/furnace, etc. and any on-going issues. I feel like they know what they're doing and I'm not getting gouged. 3rd Generation actually had to come fix an issue that was done by someone I had used previously to me calling them.

My neighbor recommended 3rd Generation Heating and Cooling for spring and winter tune up services. Last year, we decided to buy a brand new HVAC system and 3rd Gen did a fantastic job from scheduling, correspondence, install, and clean up. Since then, we noticed a decrease in our utility bills and couldnt be happier. Bob, Sue, and Michael are always professional and courteous and provide excellent customer service.
