3rd Generation Heating and Cooling

We got an amazing price and install from Clayton's team. I quoted about 5 companies and 3rd Generation beat their prices with a better system (3 ton duel Goodman)! Our system and duct work were put in 2022. Clayton is fast to answer calls regarding the system and helps me to diagnose minor problems. They are fast to schedule maintenance appointments. With our full basement, they were able to hang the duct work close to the ceiling and hang the heat pump up to have more storage space.

I live in Gastonia and Mr. Brown has been maintaining my home’s HVAC for the past few years now. He and his team are always reliable, professional, honest and very fair. I highly recommend 3rd Generation Heating & Cooling over the bigger companies.

3rd generation heating and cooling is the most honest and knowledgeable heating/ac company in the area. We had the pleasure of working with Clayton’s son Luke Clayton. We needed our undersized AC replaced. Luke identified that we could keep our current furnace and blower unit and just replace the A-coil. This saved us thousands of dollars. They replaced the outside unit and A-coil and the new system works perfectly. Don’t waste your money using anyone else!
