3rd & Harrison Lot

I was badly hurt at a soccer game yesterday and can barely walk. Parking lot was largely empty. Parking attendant was trying to fill a row very far from my office. I explained to him about my injury and my inability to walk. He laughed at me and tried to force me to park far. I tried to explain to him again and he laughed again. I told him calmly I couldn’t walk and parked in a spot next to a different car a bit nearer to my destination. Attendant ego tripped, came to my car and took my ticket. When asked if I could speak to anyone he laughed. Eventually he forced me to walk to the office with him just so he could point at a number. I tried to reason with him calmly. These guys are total con artists. Tried to tell me I couldnt park here after paying online. Then he comes and harrasses me at the end of day, and says I cant park here anymore (for no real reason). I know nothing will come from this. Just beware of these broke grifters and their garbage hustles.

**DO NOT PARK HERE** If I could give this lot zero stars, I would! The attendant was rude and wouldn't let us park after booking on SpotHero. His exact words were "My boss doesn't like letting trucks park here." After telling us we couldn't park because we were a truck, he let a van the same width as us park, no issues. We do not have an oversized truck; it's stock, and the vehicle information was entered and accepted at booking. Then proceeded to tell us getting a refund was not his problem. Wish I had checked Google reviews and not just Spot Hero reviews before booking.

Terrible attendant. $20 for a day as of April 2025. Location is good for VFS services as they do not have any free parking. But Hispanic young man here doesn't speak much english so we can't communicate properly. This attendant wouldn't let me park in free space. And you MUST back up. You are not allowed to just drive in. One car already took 2 spaces and he was yelling at me to park in a cramped half space. When I tried parking where he was yelling, he wouldn't understand that I was exactly there where he was yelling. ( Yeah, wrap your head around that).

Be careful, they will try to scam you. Paid $40 for overnight parking. We confirmed with the attendant then that it was ok. He said it was ok until 11am. Next day, at 630am, one of his coworkers comes storming over and stands in front of our car and asks us how much we paid and we said $40. And he’s like “NO! I’M ON THE PHONE WITH MY GUY AND HE SAID 20. DONT YOU EVER PARK HERE AGAIN.” We had the credit card receipt and all the stubs and they wouldn’t believe us. Didn’t apologize. Was extremely rude and they need to have a better system. It was extremely frustrating that they kept insisting we didn’t pay, despite the receipts. I’m not even sure how this attendant was on the phone with his friend and they knew exactly which car paid how much from memory overnight. Not worth the hassle. Be
