This is the Hotel California of parking garages - you can check out anytime you want but you can never leave. This parking lot system requires entering a credit card to enter and exit. Several months ago, we were unable to leave after using our credit card as directed, and required assistance. Last night, our friends, a 91-year-old lady who has significant mobility challenges, and a couple of other older people with her, were unable to leave and used the the assistance feature to help them get out, which routed them to someone overseas who was not able to help either! They were eventually able to leave out of a second exit in which a frustrated customer had rammed and broken the gate. The whole ordeal took 45 minutes, from 9:45 until 10:30 at night. Worst parking garage in all of downtown BR. I checked in with my credit card and would not let me out with the same card. Will NEVER park here again and I've parked here several times in the past when they had human attendants.

This garage is ridiculous! Nobody working the gate. You have to scan with your phone and when you leave, they don’t open the gate! We had to Ram through the gate to get out. Total disaster. But that’s what you get when you don’t want to hire people to work the gate! I hope everyone rams through that damn gate!

If I could give 0! Realize as soon as I parked that I didn't have my wallet. Can't get out because I have no card. Call the assistance line and the person insisted policy is no exit without payment. I offered the 20$ emergency cash I have. "We don't take cash"

Completely empty parking garage, sign outside says $20 (which is still a scam), and then get charged $28 for 11hr overnight parking. Not many options, but I would stay away from this company whenever possible!
