I highly recommend this company for any of your carpet cleaning services! They were very professional, prompt and did a great job. We got carpet cleaning for 3 rooms hallway and stairs with the Pet enzyme neutralizer and Deodorizer.

I can only speak to this company’s area rug cleaning service in the Charlotte, NC region, but unfortunately it is NOT one I would recommend to anyone. What is advertised on their website and social media is not at all what you receive in reality. After reaching out with questions, I was given very minimal information ahead of time about how the process works or what I needed to provide — which would have been helpful since this service is on-site only. Because we have a gravel driveway, the cleaning could not be done outdoors on a flat surface, so I was told it would be done inside our home. The actual cleaning involved only a sprayed solution, followed by an orbital machine — no soap or detergent for deep cleaning, despite that being heavily showcased on their online content. So I was very disappointed in the service I got today and he rushed to do the work and he didn’t ever informed me that he couldn’t get the carpet clean the correct way to after he was done with the job. It looks like he never did the work so I basically waste $149 today is there anyway possible a manager can call me or I can get a refund for the service

Excellent service. I've used them twice at two separate locations and completely satisfied with the amazing job they do. Greatly priced and very easy to make an appointment with. Highly recommended. Will be using them in the near future to clean some chairs and couch.
