4 Mile Septic

Due to great google reviews I found this company. So I think it’s my turn to say how good they are. I set up an appointment a while ago. They are very busy so it took a while to get them out here. I’m very glad that I waited. I received a reminder by text stating that they would be here between 10 and 12 today. Cody showed up today on time. Once he got here he got straight to work. Our system was a bit confusing though because I was told that we had an old abandoned system and a new system. Cody lifted the lid on the new system and immediately knew something wasn’t right. The waste was way too clean. He said that we should check the old system. When he opened it up it was completely full and probably not been pumped in years. Extremely informative. First time with a septic system I am responsible for. Cody was very cool and took the time to explain everything to me about how she works. Cody completed the job quickly and was there during the time period that was told to me in the email. Very fair and competitive costs. Very happy with contacting them for the service provided. Will definitely use them again in the future!!!

Someone actually picked up! I had to leave messages for the other place. Office manager kept me informed throughout the process. Technician communicated and explained the situation very well. I wil absolutely call if I need these services again.

Excellent service and communication for septic inspection and pump. Lids were hidden so not any easy job. Cody suggested practical remedies that kept costs contained for locating lids and digging. Highly recommend.
