Brian and Ben were excellent to work with. Brian carefully assessed our somewhat unusual backup power requirements and selected a generator that fit our needs perfectly. He identified and corrected prior electrical work to ensure everything was safe and properly configured. Ben handled the installation cleanly and professionally. They took the time to educate me on how the system works and answered all my questions. Brian even created a clear, step-by-step video of me going through the process so I can operate everything confidently. The final setup is thoughtful, safe, and fully functional. Logan showed up ready to go. We talked about what I needed, and some ideas I had. I feel Logan listened and understood what I wanted, and he did. When he was finished, he asked if I needed anything else, like he was willing to help... It makes me feel good and secure when workers talk positively about their company and team. I had my generator put in in December and contacted 4 Point because they were referred to me from a previous customer. I couldn't have been happier with the entire process. They were very good at communicating with me, answered all of my questions without hesitation, and since the project have been very responsive with any questions I have had. I would highly recommend them.

We had to get our electrical panel changed and got a few quotes. 4 Point not only did a perfect job but for a price we could actually afford. They were communicative throughout the whole process, right on time, and when the city came out to shut the power off and back on they all were friends which I loved. 4 Point is local, fair and does a top notch job.
