This might be a 2nd review. If not I had 2 homes in the Wrightsville Beach NC area torn down. 4 Seasons was responsive, did a great job, at a fair price. I will both recommend them and use them again in the future. Tom

4 Seasons is a GODSEND! TEN STARS! I had a furnished mobile home that was destroyed by Hurricane Florence Flooding in 2018. I live 200 miles away in Charlotte and I foolishly trusted MTZ Home Improvement of Leland NC to do the job. I was defrauded for thousands by MTZ and they left the mobile home in an unsafe, worse condition (see photo). I then discovered 4 Seasons and EVERY part of our transaction, from start to finish, was EXCELLENT. Valarie Fowler, Kim Cobb, and the crew on site were fast, friendly, and gave the best quote in all of my research of area companies. My family who were on scene advised that the crew was very friendly and kept them apprised of the progress. They finished the job completely to our satisfaction in a matter of hours! Don’t really know what kind of work 4 Seasons does but I do know they are careless in removing demolition debris and almost caused major accident on hwy 140 as their truck spewed debris across the road and drivers tried to miss large pieces of scrap metal flying off the truck. I certainly wouldn’t recommend this company for any job! Doesn't seem to be any way to respond to the review reply but I have no idea what he's talking about. I don't know whose car was hit or damaged. Didn't even know a car was hit until I saw the reply but can't say I'm surprised. And sadly, it wasn't just one piece of metal. There were several pieces flying off the truck. Lastly, when I say I don't know what kind of work they do, I was pretty sure - even before looking for them online - that 4 Seasons Demolition

Four seasons is an incredible company that provides excellent service / communication / and fair pricing. They tore a house down for me and made the whole process simple and smooth. When they finished the lot was left neat and tidy above and beyond my expectations.
