This office building is very secure. The staff was welcoming. You have to sign in to gain entrance. I was here for a workshop/clinic that HUD recently released. I do believe this is a federal building as there are security and police on-site. The parking was not good for this area and there were several homeless within walking distance but the building itself was safe.
It's a building. Very old, but comfortable.
