We had our carpet installed a few days before Thanksgiving. The delivery and the installation was outstanding. The day of the installation the two man crew arrived on time, removed the old carpet and installed the new carpet incredibly fast. They were very professional and and they did an amazing job. I would recommend 400 North Flooring to anyone looking to purchase new carpet. They are the best in the business!!

Dale is a disarmingly honest, no-pressure salesman who simply provided all the information we needed, answered all our questions, then gave us space to make up our own minds about what product we wanted. So refreshing when we're used to constant high pressure up-selling elsewhere! We are very happy with the quality and price of our flooring. 400 flooring did a great job. They use separate crews depending on the type of flooring. Both were courteous, on time and professional. Our sales associate and the office staff were top notch as well. Highly recommend.

I had a great experience with 400 North flooring. The selection was great and I was able to find the hardwood that matched what I had installed many years ago. Communication with Jackie was great. She kept me informed throughout the process. The installation crew was also great and took great care to ensure I was happy. I am glad that I chose them and will use them again in the future. We had LVP flooring put in our living room, kitchen, dining room and hallway. We were so pleased with the looks of it, several months later we finished the 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
