4000 Collins Avenue Parking Garage

This garage is well located but falling apart. Water leaks on every floor. Trash in stairs. Elevators sound as they will break at any moment. 2016 was last time elevators were inspected. Half the buttons in elevators don't work. The only thing good is compared to parking on the street paying 3 dollars an hour but renewing every 3 hour increments. From 9am to 3am.

Absolutely terrible!! Accident purchased parking for wrong garage and spoke to the attendant within 5 minutes of the order going through at the parking garage. He told me to reach out right away to customer service to refund. Spoke to two people the first few times I reached out who promised their “boss” would call me back. They even told me to write to their customer email. Well two weeks later I’ve written 4 emails and can’t even get through to anyone when I call. Seems to be a very shady company. Go somewhere else if you’re able to.

Finally an affordable garage in Miami Beach!! The location is the best to go to the beach, purchased my drinks/ice at the CVS on site and walked across the street. I also use it when clubbing at LIV (few blocks away) since is open 24 hours. Much better than the Valet waits at Fontainebleau. The place is brand new and very secure. I will not park anywhere else in South Beach now that this option is available.

Amazing experience!!!!! Garage is sooo well located in the heart of Miami Beach, beach access right across the street with many restaurants inside small hotels and a Walgreens in the same garage building. Parking rates are fair for the excellent service you get. Valet parking!!!!! You don’t have to worry about parking or getting your car, the valet guys will do it for you with a big smile. Thank you to Hernan who parked and retrieved our car! Very professional gentleman. Highly recommend this garage!!!

Excellent service, friendly staff, courteous and attentive; when I needed my car, it was delivered quickly. I highly recommend this parking garage.
