Terrible experience. Installer arrived 2 hrs late. Called 5 min prior to his arrival to warn me of his arrival when 2 hrs later than promised. Then, the installer stayed in my driveway for 30-40 min on the phone while I waited for him to enter the house. In all, I had to reschedule my entire afternoon and dinner plans, and the installer still didn’t leave until 6pm when promised arrival between 1-2 pm with “less than 1 hrs install.” Was at the house for 2 hrs (including time in driveway)! 30-40min was on a phone call in my driveway! Again more of my time waiting for him. Installer struggled with the second deadbolt installation. Charged $100 over deadbolt price at box store (Home Depot and Lowe’s offered the same deadbolt for $100 cheaper) They installed one keypad deadbolt and th
