We enjoy working with Ron at 404. They provide us with excellent service. He goes above and beyond to service our jobs on weekends and after hours. They also make specialty and custom mix when we need it.

First time using them and the service was excellent. Got me concrete with 2 day notice, were on time and really good quality mud. I will be using them as my concrete supplier now. Definitely recommend.

We used this company last week, 3/21/24 and had nothing but problems after scheduling them. - They delivered the concrete over 2 hours late after we scheduled it for 12pm originally. - This caused us to pay for 2 hours of crane rental that we weren't able to use ($550 value) - Truck leaked oil all over the parking lot - Added in fees that were never disclosed to us - Only delivered 5 yards instead of the 6 we ordered - Charged an extra short load fee since it was 5 yards instead of 6, even though I asked for 6 - Added 3% to the total unless we paid with cash - Unwilling to admit their mistakes or make things right I will not be using them again and would not recommend them to anyone else. Save the headache and find a more reliable vendor.

Ordered 27 yards of concrete to be delivered @930. They lied and said weather was to cold, on that day temperatures was 31 degrees, but they NEVER delivered concrete. I will never use this company again. Horrible and unprofessional… Ron the owner said he would pay my loses, and Lied once again!!!! Totally disappointed!!!

MINUS 100 STARS! Our pool installer ordered 1/2" rock. This company delivered 1 1/2" rock and got nasty when our installer refused to take it! This rock is too large to use with a fiberglass pool installation but they wanted it paid for anyway since they showed up with it. They even said they wanted to charge us (homeowner)! Any decent company would have apologized for THEIR mistake and make a correction! I would not recommend their services.... Update: The owner just replied to my review that I posted ONE YEAR AGO! And he continues to blame my pool installer for their mistake in the form of an "apology". This speaks volumes about this company...
