405 Airport Parking

Do NOT choose 405 Airport Parking just to save a few dollars. I gave them three chances, and every single time there was no shuttle when I returned to LAX. I ended up waiting close to an hour, with no way to reach them because their phone is never answered and their shuttle tracking app has been broken for years. Each time, I had to call Uber or Lyft and spend an extra $30 just to get back to my own car. Save yourself the stress and frustration. Pay $20–$30 more and choose a reliable parking lot. It will save you time, money, and from standing outside in the cold waiting for a shuttle that never comes.

If I could give it 1 star I would. Cheap, but scammy and rude. After they scam you it’s not as cheap as you would think. I’ve parked in many lots around LAX and none have done this to me: My flight was about an hour and a half delayed getting back to LAX, then I waited for their shuttle for almost a half an hour. Then, I’ll admit I did sit in my car for a bit and talk on the phone before driving out because I thought I might see a friend nearby. But this added maybe 20 to 30 minutes, and I didn’t think it would be a problem. By the time I was exiting the parking garage it was about 2.5 hours past the official time that I said I was checking out. The machine wanted to charge me $17. When I booked this parking, I booked two days at eight dollars per day plus tax, which came out to about $2

I’m giving 405 Parking one star. First of all, when we arrived, there was no space to park, which was really odd and inconvenient. Then, after five days of travel, we ended up waiting at the airport for over an hour because the shuttle just didn’t show up on time. The contact numbers they provided didn’t work at all when we tried to call or text as instructed. When the shuttle finally arrived, it was overcrowded, and we had to stand in the middle of the bus, which felt unsafe and frankly a bit dangerous. Overall, I absolutely would not recommend this parking service.

Price was affordable for a 5 night stay. But I would simply not recommend as these shuttles won’t stop at the pick up area, unless you are waving them down. Plus they don’t pick up or respond to their shuttle service phone number. The shuttles take forever to depart and pick up. I waited an hour for pick up. And took 25 mins to depart from the parking. Other services were pretty fast with multiple routes!

Worst shuttle. Waited for an hour and it takes forever. Most people uber/ Lyft. Very unorganized. They need to have 2 shuttle for these two parking company and stop being cheap about shuttle.
