410 Public Garage Parking - ParkChirp

This is my favorite garage. It is centrally located to many of the places I work including the Colorado Convention Center. This garage is always clean, secured well, and feels safer to drive in as it is one way traffic on alternating levels. The view from the top is enjoyable, and all this for an affordable rate - with an exception for special events, which really cannot be avoided in this city.

WORST PARKING GARAGE EVER! Park at your own risk. You will get trapped. Parked for a show and they literally trapped us in. Couldn’t leave for over an hour. Then- inadvertently parked here again for another show in denver and had to wait over a half hour to leave. Not because it was packed (it wasn’t- most people get the idea to steer clear of here by now, I guess), but because their system to exit is so complicated and messed up that you can’t leave easily. You have to scan a code and pay on your phone and then show another code, but you have to do it in 10 minutes otherwise you have to call their customer support. ALL TO LEAVE A PARKING GARAGE. Of course we timed out just like everyone trying to leave because their system doesn’t work and everyone gets stuck at the kiosk trying to leav

They charged $36 for 5 hours of parking. Park at your own risk, they charge significantly more than all the places around them but there is no signage with their prices

Would put zero stars if google let me. One door to get out was already broken and the only other functioning door to get out broke, trapping a whole line of cars almost up to the top floor. Called on duty manager who wouldn't give an eta for arrival and hung up on me. Sat for over 30 minutes and still haven't had anyone show up to help everyone trapped inside the garage.

Very happy to have found this parking garage. It has automatic garage doors that seal out anyone who doesn't have a pass. That is great for improving security. It was one of the more affordable garages in the area for us (especially considering the higher security). I also saw them cleaning the location, and definitely noticed that it is in good shape. In short: clean & safe.
