Our fireplace chimney was showing signs of water penetration and needed the cap replaced. A second chimney, previously used for an older 1950s oil furnace, also needed repointing. I contacted Tyler at the end of April this year. He immediately got back to me and arranged to meet the following day. While there, I also asked him to look at some cracks we have on other brickwork and issues with foundation blocks on a separate building. As others said, Tyler was very professional. He clearly has a strong history and knowledge of his craft. He listened well, gave good suggestions, and gave a well written estimate later that same day. Tyler was amazing. He got back to me quickly when I requested a quote. He was able to get us in earlier than expected due to a change in the weather. He showed up right at 7am and got started as early as allowed. His work was impeccable and so was his clean up. Highly recommend.

We worked with Tyler from 412 Brick Squad, and the experience was great! In comparison to the other companies we got quotes from, theirs was the most reasonable and Tyler did a fantastic job repointing one of the walls of our house. Tyler was also prompt, communicative, polite, and professional throughout the whole experience, and I'd highly recommend him as a mason! Not critiques but things to know: cash/check only, and they like to work early mornings (starting work around 7 am). They got the job done very quickly, though!

They say if you want a job done right, you need to hire the right person. This is the guy you want. He was here exactly when he said he would be. What he said would be done that day was done that day. When he said the job would be done is when the job was completed. The work looks perfect to me.
