413 Ductless Solutions

I spent 2 years researching and considering a whole home mini split system. After speaking to several contractors, I had an in home meeting and assessment with Mike from 413 ductless. He was knowledgeable, engaging, informative, and a pleasure to speak to. We had follow up conversations where he answered every question and concern I had. Andrew made a home visit to further plan out the specifics of an install. Also, knowledgable and so pleasant to be around. From the first meeting to the completion of the mini split install, with 413 ductless, I knew I made the right decision in converting to it and choosing the right company to install it. Mike came on an emergency basis just as frigid air and snow was to arrive He and David made the repairs at a reasonable cost and with great efficiency. I’m so so very happy with the service I got and highly recommend them to all.

Mike spent considerable time talking with us and educating us about our options for a new system, as well as for repair of an existing system. He and Andrew were very prompt in their communications, as well as the repair itself. We needed them to repair our Fujitsu heat pump that had been installed years before by someone else. Mike doesn't use Fujitsu because of their quality issues, and sure enough, the part he had to order to fix out pump arrived faulty and had to be re-ordered. Mike did not charge us for the added time caused by this. My experience of 413 Ductless Solutions is that they take relationships seriously and that they operate with a strong commitment to quality of work and equipment as well as integrity and reliability.

I don’t think my wife and I could have had a better experience with 413 Ductless Solutions. They installed a full mini split system in my home. From beginning to end they were perfect from a service level and with their communication. Most importantly Mike and Andrew are experts not only in the installation of the equipment but also in how to quickly receive your full financial rebate from Mass Saves and information about various 0% heat loan options. Wish I could give 10 stars! We found ourselves in an emergency situation when our gas boiler blew up taking the attached hot water heater out with it. So our planned switch to mini-splits had to be moved up by months. Not only did Mike respond immediately to my inquiry, but he helped us understand all our options so we felt completely comfortable making such a big decision on such a short timeline. And he moved heaven and earth to get us up and running before the cold weather arrived. Mike, Andrew, & Anthony felt like part of the family by the end of the install week.
