414 Light St Baltimore Parking

Parking lot was full, but did not have a sign. Drove all the way up and back down, and was charged $7.00. Called for “help” on the machine and it was so muffled that the guy on the line was just yelling as if that would help us hear him better. We were holding up the line for 5 minutes, so we ended up just paying the $7.00 to get out after less than 10 minutes in the garage. Complete scam. Only way I’d recommend this garage is if you’re going on complete off hours.

Spacious, clean, easy in, easy out parking. EXCEPT FOR PAYMENT PROCESS!! Signs on every floor to inform you to take your ticket & pay at lobby kiosk when you leave. Well, there is no lobby kiosk. Unless if you count the Kiosk machine outside a secure door by the elevator hallway on Light St. It doesn’t give option to pay when you scan your parking ticket. Or if you consider your phone as the kiosk! In the hallway, by the elevator there is a sign w/ a QR code to pay by phone. It charges you full amount, $30 plus service fee. I was there for just under 3 hours. What a scam! On my way out, it looked like I may have been able to pay at gate arm. Signage in facility does not specify if thats an option.

$30 for 2 hours of parking. Would have never parked here if the rates were clearly posted, but they were messing with the system when I pulled up and I unfortunately could not see the rates and never would have expected to be paying minimum wage per hour to park there. Insanity. Go somewhere else, there's cheaper garages literally one street up

Easy parking garage to get in and out of! A lot of restaurants beneath the parking area also validate parking. Brought it down for us from $26 to $5. Well worth it in my opinion!

Expensive garage that doesn't post prices until you park. Its $30 for anything past a couple hours. The Semmaconnect EV charges are also slow and expensive. They only gave about 15 mi worth of electric charge over 9 hrs and charged $9 for it. That is much worse than almost any other EV charger I've had.
