A life saver. My toilet started making bubbling noises the night prior and I assumed I could hold off on a plumber. Unfortunately, it disagreed and sewage started coming out of my tub the following night! It was already after 9pm but Will took my call and was at my door in about 45 minutes. He took the time to explain what was happening (turned out to be a giant clog 40 feet deep!) and what he could do. He took the time to educate and what to keep in mind for the future since the pipes are from 1960 and the house doesn't have a clean out. He was very polite and took care to come in and out with booties over his shoes. The next morning, he came back to fix a leak from the very old valve on my toilet.
