I hired 4p to prepare the foundation for my new home addition, and the experience was a complete disaster. From the start, there were issues with punctuality and communication. The crew showed up late on multiple days without any advance notice, throwing off our entire construction schedule. When they finally got to work, the quality was subpar at best. The excavation was uneven, with some areas dug too deep and others not deep enough. This caused significant problems for the foundation contractors who came in after them. To make matters worse, they damaged our existing landscaping, tearing up areas of the lawn that were supposed to be protected.
