Be prepared for the Reading PD to roll up on you and illegally demand you provide ID, threatening to have your vehicle towed, and harass you for being "parked too long" even if you have a valid and active monthly parking pass for the garage. I'm as white as you could possibly imagine a "Smith" being and have still been repeatedly told that they do not go off of valid plate stickers or valid state issued registration paperwork, verified by the RPA to have a monthly pass in the first place, only what they can see in their local and limited city of Reading databases even if you pay DOUBLE the cost for an out of state/non-resident parking permit. You've been warned ice ice baby, even though they only wish they could be.

Five floors parking garage. Open 24 hrs 7 days a week.

No staff or security present at anytime nor is there any bars or gates to keep outsiders away from the cars . My truck was broken into. I’ve tried calling the main line to file a complaint however no one ever answers If i could zero stars. I feel violated and extremely disrespected especially since the cameras do not work either. There is truthfully no point in paying for “secure parking” when they offer none of the security. I would warn those who do use this parking garage please be aware of the possibility of criminals who have access to the garage.

Great place to park for Santander arena, but not as close as thought and it's several blocks to concert arena. It's a bit misleading when you see this, if you want to go to the arena, you walk up and to the right not the left like many of us thought since you walk up there is no signs with arrows saying to arena, to corporate office etc, to the left you see big sign saying Santander, so about 30 of is walked that direction and many people were standing down there in front so we all were first timers to see Scorpions in concert. We just all followed the crowd. That is not the arena but I believe corporate office area. So when walk up from garage to the main street arena is on turn rt, go down 4-6 blocks to the arena. The closer you get to the arena you see signs for arena knowing getting

Convenient parking for shopping downtown reading or events at the Santander Arena. Only 4 blocks away from the highway to get out of town when leaving. Easy in and out of town.
