4th Street Parking

Unless you've parked at this parking deck before, the first time parking here can definitely be confusing. Basically, the first 2 levels are for "retail" parking, which consists of the restaurant connected to the parking deck or if you have to go to the courthouse or register of deeds. The next 3 levels are for juror parking, and the rest are for employee parking. The turns are narrow, and unless you drive super slow to actually read the signs, you can miss them and get confused as to where you park. Other than that, it's simple. Every time I've come to this parking deck, I always find parking. Make sure you pay before you leave. They do have a pay kiosk on the way back into the parking deck so that way when you leave it makes it easy.

Parking here for jury duty was awesome, although can be very confusing the first time. There were lots of signs but maybe not as clear on directions. Easy acc as to ground level via stairs or elevators. Driving out to the exits are another story but other than that I would recommend using this parking area for the courts or government access my jury duty was 10 days so everything worked out perfect after the first day.

This parking garage has a total of 6 floors, elevators, and stairs. The turns are narrow and the entryway and exit are apparently confusing since many, many people tend to go the WRONG WAY down or up the one-way ramps. They do have clear signs that point the way. You pay based on the amount of time in deck at the many pay machines located on main floor near the elevators. I give them 3 stars because the lot and walkways are not always clean. There was broken glass on the walkway for nearly a month before it was either cleaned or washed away.

Easy to find to go to the courthouse. I had to get fingerprints done for my new license. It was cheap and safe as well.

Don't forget to keep your stub and pay before leaving (by the elevators). Not as costly as some other lots, but one must be either visiting the vendors adjacent to the deck, or taking care of county business.
